HOW TO PLAY THIS GAME

ROUND 1;

1. Give all the materials to the Development Team and tell them to start creating their toy or game.

2. Take the Presidents group to a far corner of the room and read them the Round One Information Card aloud. After you finish, they have 2 minutes to make a decision about the gender target. They will then communicate their decision to the Supervisory Team. Start the egg timer and walk away, leaving the Information Card with them.

3. When the egg timer goes off, have the Presidents immediately call the Supervisors to their table and share their decision with them.

4. The Supervisors now have two tasks: to make their own decision on what age range the game should target and to up-date the Development Team. They will have 2 minutes for this. Set the egg timer and walk away.

ROUND 2:

5. Go back to the Presidents and give them the Round 2 Information Card. Set the egg timer for 2 minutes. When 2 minutes are up, they must communicate their new decision to the Supervisors.

6. The Supervisors now have 2 minutes to make a decision, which they must then communicate to the Development Team.

ROUND 3;

7. Go back to the Presidents and give them the Round 3 Information Card. Set the egg timer for 2 minutes. When 2 minutes are up they must communicate their new decision to the Supervisors.

8. Call time after 20 minutes. Have the Development Team de-scribe or play the game for the Presidents and Supervisors and perform the jingle, if they have one. Lead the applause and thank everyone.
